Enrollment & Payment: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified in the course details. Course fees are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refund: Fees paid are non-refundable except where KVTECH cancels the training program. If KVTECH cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to another session.

Certification: Completion certificates are awarded based on successful attendance and assessment. Certification outcomes are not guaranteed.

Product Sales: All drone products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping. Product specifications may change without notice.

Warranty: Drone products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Service & Repair: Maintenance and repair services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Specific service terms and warranties will be provided in the applicable service agreement. KVTECH is not responsible for pre-existing damage or data loss during repair services.
